Your new Role
You will lead a team and be responsible for hiring, performance, sales results and activity levels. You will also lead from the front in terms of your own personal billing levels. You will be expected to develop client and industry strategies as well as candidate attraction plans and successfully execute them.
What you'll need to Succeed
You will need to have strong communication, influencing and management skills. As an experienced recruiter/manager you will be someone who feels passionately about driving and leading people to success.
You will have experience in the Technology recruitment market in Japan and will have a strong base of clients and candidates with whom you have already built a solid reputation with.
