IT Contracting Recruitment Director

They are seeking to add to some senior leadership talent to enhance the strategy, structure, and execution of their business.

You develop, grow, and lead a team of IT contract recruitment experts and will be responsible its sales results and business activity.  You will set targets as well as client and candidate strategies and ensure they are executed to high standards.

You will implement best practices, drive business growth and be responsible for developing a fun and success-based culture within the team.  You will develop a long-term strategic roadmap and delivery it over the long-term.

You be passionate about leading and developing people and will have experience managing contract recruitment teams.  Strong communication skills are a must along with an ambitious and confident approach with a strong focus on delivering plans.

You will have more than 5 years in the contract recruitment space and will need to speak fluent Japanese and English.  You will have good knowledge of Japanese labor and legal law and obligations and will have a strong customer network.

You should be able to demonstrate outstanding records of managerial and professional achievement and be able to work effectively at all levels within an organization.
