What you'll need to Succeed
You will need five plus years Executive/Director level search experience and a demonstrable high billing history with a good reputation with the customers and market you operation in.
You will be mature, as self-starter, adaptable, confident and an excellent presenter. You will be expected to have the ability and confidence to develop C-level customer relationships and monetize them.
You will have an entrepreneurial and focused commercial approach to your business.
