You new Company
Located in Tokyo this fast growing and ambitious international recruitment company famous for their customer focus, delivery and internal career growth opportunities and business first focused culture.
They are seeking to add a strong leader to lead the growth of their exciting new contract division
Your new Role
You will be responsible for establishing and leading a new contract recruitment team and will instill a fun and customer delivery focused culture. You will need to hire, train and grow the size and revenue of the team over the coming 2 years and lead the team to success
What you'll need to Succeed
You will be either Senior Consultant level with aspirations to manager or already be a Manager and must be passionate about leading and inspiring recruiters and be ambitious for growth, expansion and success.
You should have good experience in the contract recruiting space, be confident, have good communication skills and be able to inspire people.
