Your new Company
Located in Tokyo this highly energetic international recruitment company is adding key leaders into strategic parts of their business with its industry focused Banking and Financial Services Team being a key priority.
Your new Role
Your main responsibilities will be shaping the direction, focus of the team, and coming up with a structured and sensible plan to implement and then executing the plan.
You will hire new team members and coach and develop the skill and ability of the existing people. You will set targets and drive the business to hit those targets whilst maintaining a high quality of service to their customer base.
What you'll need to Succeed
You will need drive, determination, and a relentless focus to achieve results. You will be structured, organized and inspirational and will need to flexible to change and adjust the team’s approach where necessary.
You will need industry recruitment experience in the financial services and banking industry and must have a strong book of existing customers and a good reputation for delivery.
You will have 5 years of recruitment experience minimum and experience of leadership and team management.
